Dr. Waxman graduated from McGill University receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree as well as a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (1987). He has been living in the West Island and practicing dentistry for over twenty five years. His ongoing  involvement within organized dentistry includes previously serving as President of the Federation of Dental Societies of Greater Montreal and as President of the Montreal Chapter of  Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity.
